Overview

FreshStock is a warehouse inventory management platform built for grocery and perishable goods operations. It provides end-to-end visibility from the moment products arrive at the dock to when they're picked for customer orders — with a strong focus on freshness, lot traceability, and operational efficiency.

The system uses FEFO (First Expired, First Out) lot tracking to minimize waste, barcode scanning via camera or handheld device for fast product identification, and a structured receiving workflow that captures supplier, quantity, and expiry information at intake.
